The History of Samandy goes as far back as the late 90’s, when the founders Samuel and Andy started export activities between Africa and Europe in the Computer and Accessories business. After sometime there was a break in this business when the Computer Company went bankrupt

In November 2007, after meeting again at the Ghana Day in Almere the two decided to set up a consultancy and professional services company to serve the European and Africa companies and individuals.

 So then in May 2008 Samandy Business Solutions Netherlands V.O.F was started and registered, making Samandy one of the first consultancy and professional services firm purely specialized in Africa. Samuel and Andy rich experience in the Dutch and Africa Business communities enabled them to secure a very strong position in the industry immediately they commenced business. The company secured her first client the very first month business was started.

Although Samandy’s accomplished assignments are only in Ghana and for about two clients, there’re currently a number of companies whose businesses are being developed and processed. Countries targeted are Ghana, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Burundi, Rwanda and Nigeria. Samandy’s work in progress on completion will generate substantial benefits to both the corporate sector and to African society.

The company is growing steadily. Samandy has developed into a professionally run business with reliable and strong partners,  and representatives in a number of African countries. Both in Africa and in Europe, Samandy has extensive networks in the private sector, and a sound working relation with public authorities.

To provide effective and quality services its management team work with partners and a very strong network of Ghanaians and European nationalities. This is to enable the company to present a multicultural image and profile to their target groups. 

The strength of Samandy is that her Ghanaian Board members have acquired knowledge and working experience both in Ghana, The Netherlands and Germany which gives them unique competences.  In addition to this, they have an extensive network both in Ghana, The Netherlands, Germany and the whole of Europe.  Also, they understand the African entrepreneur and have good access to the European private sector.  In this regard, the company is able to handle issues arising from both the African and European side for their clients.

The company also carry out programs like research work and placement for diverse target groups in Africa. It focuses on the policies of the Dutch Ministries of Development Co-operation and Economic Affairs and also the Europe Union initiatives to provide their services.
